# CarbonPath

For the carbon drawdown projects that are further along in their journey to commercialization and don't want to open source parts of their core science (i.e. apply for grant money from DrawDAO), CarbonPath will exist as a niche crowdfunding application for just CDRS (carbon dioxide removal and sequestration) projects. It will allow projects to offer future carbon credits for sale and for "patrons" (individuals, corporates, etc.) to pledge one-time or recurring amounts of capital.
